This Hoof Dressing is one of the only products that most registered Farriers and good 'Trimmers' will regularly recommend you to use on your horses feet to help improve the quality of the horn. Using this regularly will in turn will help your horses shoes to stay on tighter and longer reducing the number of times your horse has to be shod and therefor reducing the number of nail holes in the hoof wall. (the nail holes in the dorsal/hoof wall make the hoof more vulnerable to anaerobic/bacterial infections that are often soil born and impossible to avoid, these can cause the hoof to crack and give the appearance of a dry, brittle hoof.)
Horses that do not have shoes on will benefit by using this product as it improves hoof quality, reduces the risk of cracks and helps the hoof to perform as nature intended.
