Returns Policy

All returns must be within 14 days of reciept of item/s.

Refunds will only be for cost of products not including P&P unless the item is found to be faulty.

Sale Items are not eligible for refunds.

Bespoke and made to measure items are NOT returnable except in the rare case of manufacture defect.

All exchanges will incur the appropriate P&P for the exchanged item.

All exchanges where size is altered will be charged the size/fabric price difference plus P&P.

Any faulty item/s will be replaced free of charge.
