All returns must be within 14 days of reciept of item/s.
Refunds will only be for cost of products not P&P.
Bespoke and made to measure items are NOT returnable except in the rare case of manufacture defect.
All exchanges will incur the appropriate P&P for the exchanged item.
All exchanges where size is altered will be charged the size/fabric price difference plus P&P.
Any faulty item/s will be replaced free of charge. |
